Windows
We offer interior and exterior window cleaning. We charge an hourly rate of $75/hr. Our window cleaning service includes all screens, tracks, frames, and skylights at no additional fee.

We can also clean mirrors, glass doors, glass panes on balconies, and shower doors.

At Zo Home Services we use both routine and non routine cleaning methods as defined by the IWCA. Routine measures are best for windows that are routinely cleaned and have only been exposed to normal dirt or finger prints. This cleaning method includes the use of a mop, squeegee, and towels. Windows that have been exposed to construction, painting, sealant, and/or have not been cleaned regularly we would highly recommend opting in to the non routine method. This method includes the addition of blades and bronze/steel wool to help remove stuck on debris.

All our window customers are required to review and sign our Window Liability Waiver. You will have the choice to opt in or opt out of the use of non routine measures on this form.

*Please note that if any windows are on a hill/slope that our contractors cannot safely place their ladders on then we may not be able to clean those windows.

At Zo Home Services we count by the pane to come up with our estimates. We have provided a photo for your reference to help. If you still are unsure how to count your windows please feel free to send us photos at estimate@zohomeservicesllc.com
It is important that you notify us if you have skylights, french windows, large windows, and/or geometric windows as this will effect the timeframe. Failure to include this information may result in an inaccurate estimate.
We prefer that you count each individual pane for french windows. Regardless how you count please let us know whether or not any of the panes counted are french windows when booking or requesting an estimate.
