This means when you book with us you get prespray, cleaning, enzyme deodorizer, protection, and (1)* specialized** stain removal all for one low price! Additionally our minimum service fee is ALWAYS a great price, other companies advertise low prices and charge a high minimum fee to force customers into getting more done. At Zo Home Services, what you see is what you get!

*1 stain = 1 per service not 1 per item or all stains on a single item.
** Our cleanings cover most stains and if we cannot remove it the first time we will try a few different solutions. If we still are unable to remove them we can try using our specialize spot removing kit at which point the additional $50 fee would apply.
Cleaning Process
Each service begins with a pre inspection, this helps to tell us what type of fabric and weave your upholstery is. We then conduct a dye stability test to manage fading or color loss. Almost all mistakes and damages from cleaning can be prevented by conducting a pre inspection and dye stability test. This is because it will help ensure we are using the proper cleaning method and solutions.
Not all upholstery (velvet) or stains (certain oil based ones) can be cleaned with water or water soluble products. These require a dry solvent which we do not offer. Dry solvent is a volatile chemical that requires ALOT of ventilation and is NOT safe around children or pets. As a family owned and operated business with little ones ourselves, we strive to only use products that we would be comfortable using in our own home!
Did you know that over wetting is not recommended for ANY upholstery cleaning? When water gets into the foam padding of upholstery it can make stains and odors worse than they origionally were.
This is why we use a special upholstery wand that controls the water output to prevent over wetting.
We also take extra precautions by removing the cushion covers (when applicable) to place plastic covers over the foam padding prior to cleaning.
