Unlike other companies our price is not based off the square foot and is all inclusive. This means when you book with us you get a cleaning, enzyme deodorizer, protection, and (1)* stain removal all for one flat rate price! We also move furniture at a low flat rate fee of $15/room rather than by the piece or by the hour. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before putting furniture back to ensure that carpets are completely dried. Additionally our minimum service fee is ALWAYS a great price, other companies advertise low prices and charge a high minimum fee to force customers into getting more done. ** Our cleanings cover most stains and if we cannot remove it the first time we will try a few different solutions. If we still are unable to remove them we can try using our specialize spot removing kit at which point the additional $50 fee would apply.

Cleaning Process
Our carpet cleaning service starts with vacuuming to remove any hair, food, and dirt from the surface. We then treat the carpet with a pre spray solution. The solution we use is safe for children, pets, and is safe for use on wool carpets. We then agitate the carpet with our grooming tool to help loosen the deeply imbedded dirt. Next, we go over the carpet with our hot water extractor. Using heated water helps to activate the solution, resulting in a deeper clean. The heat also helps to kill any bacteria. Areas with tough stains and/or odors, are treated seperately with a solution specifically formulated to remove tough stains and odors. Hot water extraction is the most effective and deep clean there is for carpet cleaning.
Dry Time
We recommend waiting a full 24 hours for carpets to be completely dry. We have found that typically after 4-6 hours carpets are dry enough to walk on. Remember, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours to return furniture to carpeted areas. While it is best to let the carpet air dry on its own, you can try to speed the drying process by increasing air flow in the home (make sure the air is not moist as that will cause the carpet to take longer to dry). Depending on the time of year, turning the heat up some may also help to increase dry time by evaporating the water at a faster rate.
